251/1 D nearly finished

hey guys,
Quick question im building tamiya’s kit, anyhow would it be silly to have the back of the 251 semi packed with ammo and weapons.

Because im thinkin of doin a dio with the 251 stopped near a stone wall with the doors open with para tank hunters sneakin along side the stone wall with abit of the stone wall collasped by resent sherman which has plowed though the wall. Something along those lines i just got a few ideas

I imagine the crew would have taken the majority of the firearms. You might scattter some ammo boxes and a panzerfaust or two.

First off let me congratulate you on your choice of AFV’s! The 251 is definately my favorite!
Tigerman is right, the majority of the weapons will have been taken although there should still be a few spares left in the vehicle. Toss in a couple of Panzerfausts, some magnetic tank charges as well as the obligitory accoutrements that would be found in any military vehicle that was lived in for months at a time. Food, a bucket, clothing and boxes of MG ammo will do nicely. Try not to cram it full of stuff, these guys only took what they needed.

thanks tiger and ryan i’ll take your advice on board, i should have it finish by today and i’ll post some pics of it, this is my 1st half track because i mainly build german armour
