I am SO flippin’ excited for AMPSEast this year! I’d forgotten how much I look forward to this weekend, but it really is a highlight of my whole year.
Without being too ‘cliche’, I have to admit, I am AMPED for AMPSEast!!
Dupes will be here this evening and he and I are making a whirlwind tour tomorrow, then back to the barn and another drive out for the day on Saturday!!!
Can’t wait to see everyone.
Yeah, I am getting pumped too! I just got my entry forms together, and will fill them out a bit later. Can’t wait![:D]

Well…sort of…repairing travel damage to the models…3 out of 5 had damage…nothing major thank god (now that is not religous or political!!)

Best of luck to all of you, hope its a great event!!! Unfortunately the only AMPs event even remotely close to me is the AMPS Atlanta in February which is usually a very enjoyable venue. Suppose to be in a new place next year so cant wait for it to roll around. Maybe ill have my Wespe finished by then![:$]

Was supposed to have tomorrow off but now looks like I’ll be working to 3 or 4 as soon as I’m done I’ll be loading up the van and heading out.
The big boss wanted me to work Saturday, wish I could have got a pic of his face when I told him ‘ain’t gonna happen!’

Sounds good Mike. I talked to Boyd this morning, before he and Dupes left for AMPSEast. They’ll be there today, and tomorrow Boyd offered to pick me up for the ride to Danbury. So, it’ll be Boyd, Dupes and me for a Saturday morning road trip to AMPS! I’m actually looking forward to that as much as the show itself.[:D] Lot’s of good camaraderie, and model talk on what would otherwise be a boring 1 hour drive solo. Thanks Boyd!
