Here’s a little something i’m building to pass the time away, While i wait for my mossie conversions to arrive, And I thought the VacFormed parts would be a good thing to get used to, Before i start my Halton for the BAL GB, The kit 1/48 and so far been a great project.[:)]
The Do-217K-2 is my favourite plane… are you using the Koster conversion set?.. your Do-217K-2 will be great when finished… thanks for sharing…
Yes I’m using the the Koster conversion, I’ve alsaw been going through my luftwaffe books and found some great pics and variants including the short winged K1, At the moment I’m happy with this, More pics to follow.
If you want reference, visit Swanny’s site… You can find the Do-217M-11 conversion from the Pro-Modeller Do-217E-5… (Do-217M-11 and K-2 are very simmilar)… Thanks to Swanny for his great site…

You made tha same mistake that I did, you cut off the glue tab at the back of the conversion piece. I never even realized what I did until Bill Koster pointed it out to me so don’t feel bad. It’s a fun conversion - enjoy!
