1971-74 Corvette Stingray Kits

Hello all,

I am strictly a military modeller but want to build what I consider my dream car. A 1971 to 1974 era Corvette Stingray. Since I am unfamiliar with auto kits, I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of a good quality kit of this nature. I have seen kits in the past such as pace cars and the like but I am interested in a non-customized version similar to the real thing that would have been purchased at the Car Lot.

Any help would really be appreciated.

Regards,

rodc

Not sure of an exact kit but you could look through this site http://www.modelroundup.com/index.html , they seem to have alot of kits that are OOP as well as new kits.

I have a AMT 72 Corvette convertible kit. Email me if interested.

You may want to look at Revell’s “Stars and Stripes” Corvette. From what I’ve heard, it’s the best C3 model out there. And although it’s a race kit, it can be built as a street stocker, with the exception of dash, wheels, and tires.
