Before the fly-in/airshow here at Majors Field. I got a sneak peak at the schedule of events and it looks like this is going to be a good one. The military and CAF are going to be heavily involved with this. There is going to be a F-18 on static display and there will be numerous fly bys during the day including a B-1. There is also going to be a MiG 17 here doing a thirty minute aerial routine and we just got word this morning that L-3s Beech Starship will be making an appearrance here. A guest of honor will be here in the form of one of the last surviving Aztec Eagles of the 201st FS, Mexican Expeditionary Air Force, so to commemerate this, Lone Star Flight Museum is bringing their P-47 up for the show!! Any one interested should be here June 11th at 10 Am. Bring your camera and lots of film.
BONEs are sweet, I saw one at Oshkosh a few years back. They are really a sight to be seen

Kevin - give me the location of that! or at least the physical address… I am currently doing a P-47 of “escuadron 201” and would love to see if not get the chance to meet one of them!!! I will try to make it up there!
I miss going to Oshkosh, but I don’t live in the midwest anymore. Sounds like it is going to be a good show.
