1/72 Soviet pilot for a Mig-37 Ferret

I’m building a Testors Mig-37 Ferret. I built this kit when I was a kid, and now I’m building it again. I don’t normally build modern aircraft, so I don’t have a parts box to dig into, and I need a 1/72 Soviet pilot. And I’d like a good one. Can anyone tell me what is a cheap kit with a good pilot, so that I can do this right?

Complete and total culture shock for ol’ Trexx here. Apparently I’ve been away from this hobby for a VERY long time. Wowie.

They aren’t painted but they are excellent products.
