For your information there was an excellant vacuumform kit of the Crusader 3 produced by Airmodel with resin parts to simplify the onstruction process. I am sure you could pick one up cheap if you could find one at a model swap meet or club meeting. It would probably be a lot easier to build and certainly a lot cheaper.
