Does anyone know if there are 1:72 scale firemen out there? I am planning a diorama that requires a crew of civil firemen of about 1940’s - 1960’s era.
I have done a Google search and only found one possibility (from DOC Models, who I have never heard of) but these seemed to be rather poor quality and their uniforms would require some modification.
Any suggestions?
Look in the HO model railroad section. Preiser, Bachman, Lifelike etc. all make suitable examples.
You might try searching with “25mm” instead of “1/72” and get more results; I have noticed a lot of the non-US model suppliers list all of their figures by metric height as opposed to scale.
