Okay guys, I need some help. How should I approach scratch building a 1/72nd Satellite dish?
It’s going to be for this diorama.

Get a bag of googly eyes from the craft store. Select the size you want, cut off the back, and you have a miniature dish. Make the antenna feeds, mounts etc from styrene etc from styrene rod & strip.
I’m making you some! The master is made and I will be casting copies out of resin…they’d already be done but the second part of the mold failed due to a wall collaspe of the casting box.
With the ARC forum down it was hard to get the message to you.
I’ve have a six foot dish, now I’ll fab the receiver and support arm for it. Do you need the mounting pole and brackets too?
