Great job. The Grippen has got to be one of the coolest looking jets of all time. I don;t know much about them, but they sure are cool.

Nice model. Its actually a nice projection of what the Gripen may look like 10 years or so from now when the militaries that use it don’t see it as their “baby” the way they do now.
Right now, I can say with assuredness that both the Swedes and Czechs keep their Gripens immaculately clean to the point that from about 5 metres away from one, you have a great deal of difficulty making out the panel lines. Suspect that the Hungarians are doing the same and that the South Africans will also follow suit.

On the scale of 1to 10 I would give it a 7 or 8. The fit is generally good but there are a few gaps that needed to be filled and sanded. They are also in tricky places, like the middle of the flaps and vertical fin where there is a slight curve that you have to match. The cockpit has no detail but unless you leave it open there is not much you will see. I replaced the ejection seat with a Soviet resin.
