Looks like a new version of the HEMTT Load Handling System. Sorry, don’t know of any HEMTTs in 1/72 scale. Italeri make a cargo and a fuel tanker in 1/35 though. Roco does some in 1/87 (HO) as well.

I think I may be able to help you. I believe Armo makes a 1/72 kit. It’s resin however, I don’t know if thats a problem of not. Armo also makes other soft-skins like the M-35, and M-35 gun truck. I’d check out:
