been eye balling kinetics 48scale hawkeye and hasegawa’s 72nd hawkeye.

does anyone know the actually size of a 72nd bird? 48 may be a little to large but after looking at some photo’s of the actually AC, it doesn’t look so big.

I have the 72nd Fujimi kit and i don’t think its to big. I don’t know the actual measurements, but i would say about the same size as a WW2 twin engined bomber off the top of my head.

Should be about 10’ long

The wingspan on this bird (in 1/72) is an impressive 13 1/2 inches.

Here is the 1/72 Hawkeye kit from Hasegawa, that I built recently. A very nice model, I recommend it highly!
