It just looks real good, Dan… Nothing negative from me in any case!
Nice job ! Luftwaffe camo can be difficult in any scale. Looks like you have no problems with the hardest, 1/72. Did you free hand the wing camo also? Looks good !
I did freehand the wing camo, Pix, it wasn’t the sharp splinter scheme I’m used to doing.
Thanks, Dan
Hey boybud,
Great job my friend…!!! What ratio of paint to thinner did you use for the motling on the sides of the fuselage??
Flaps up, Mike
Mike, I used 2/3 paint to 1/3 thinner and used 20 psi with my Badger Crescendo.
great lookin plane! I like it alot.
any more hidden in the cabinet?
Good job! I have a 1/72 Taymia Me-109 in desert colors wth the overall tan and green dots. are there any special ways of doing this?
Nice job…That 72 are so small! It looks real good.
Thanks John, I think smaller is sometimes easier to paint!
I have a few , Obiwan, ( Judy seaplane, Avenger, another Me 109, and a P40N )that I want to between the larger builds.
Sphealey, I had to adjust the airbrush, opening up the nozzle and spraying on cardboard, then readjusting til I got the size I wanted. I had to do this a couple of times to keep the camo dots the same size.
