1/72 Cromwell TigerIIs

A few pics from a recent wargaming commission, production TigerIIs from the Cromwell Combat Ready range. Straight builds and paint, cant do too much else with resin! And I know they shouldn’t really have zimm with the late camo but it was a customer choice so … [X-)] Anyway, all brushed, base coat/prime is Humbrol Enamel No83, everything after that is GW acrylics and Ink, oh with a few pigments thrown on at the end.

Last pic is one of the battlegroup they’re part of …

cheers

Brent that battle group looks brilliant/ great, stunning, really great work going on there.

I have not heard anything bad about those Cromwell battle ready kits.

BTW, welcome to the forum.[#welcome]

Terry.

WOW talk about making a grand entrance. Fabulous work. Welcome to FSM.

WOW, really nice painting on all!

Are these all pretty much complete kits to just paint up? Or are thelike, 5-6 major pieces to just glue tgether, or are they actual kits, per se?

What a nice group of vehicles!

Where’s the 1/72 models? All I see is 1/35…

Hi matey, The Combat Ready stuff varies in parts but theres about 16 for the Tiger IIs, 8 of those being spare track links for the turret! I dont have a pic of the parts but I’ve attached one of the Cromwell E-75 which is a similar design. In the full group pic the Jagdpanzer IVs are full kits, as are the Wespes, Ostwind and 251/3D. The Hetzer and StuH42s are Milicast, everything else is Crowmell Combat Ready …

cheers

Brent
