Anyone know of a good set of carrier crewman in 1/72 scale? I need a set that comes with a tractor for a diorama of VNAF escapee F-5Es on a flightdeck.
I think that either Fujimi or Hasagawa makes some carrier deck personnel in 72 scale. you may want to try either Squadron or Great Models Web store

Fujimi and Testors have kits out that are essentially the same. Hasegawa also has some figures in 1/72 scale, but they are mostly Air Force folks. You will probably have the best luck searching for the Fujimi figures, and as mentioned in the previous response, try going through Squadron mail order, as I see the figures regularly in their monthly fliers.
