im going to be building one, and i was wondering if anyone can suggest good online resources for detail etc. more specifically, what color is the interior ? the painting guide suggests “metallic blue green” , but i am highly skeptical. thanks for all your help !
The cockpit itself is Dark Gull Gray (FS 36231). The area directly behind the cockpit (called Bay 5) with all the boxes and gizmos is what they are refering to as metallic blue-green. This applies to early production and pre MSIP Eagles, as the area now is usually light grey or white.

All of the C model Eagles that I crewed and worked, the Bay 5 areas were all white. The A’s were the blue-green color. All of the cockpits were Dark Gull Grey.

There are no Tamiya equivalents, so you’ll have to mix them yourself (I have no idea what the ratio would be).
