Excellent looking build. I like the paint job…what paints did you use?
I actually had it built for me so unfortunately cannot help you with that particular ?.
for more info check out the Aircraft resource centre forums under the same topic with details on the decals,Australian involvement with pics as well
Great looking build, even though you didn’t build it. Bryan
First of all [#welcome] to the FSM forums!
Great looking Hornet! I hope mine will have a finish as good as that!
Cheers,

Yes, very dear to my heart… I am just about to start my Hasegawa 1/72 F/A-18C-D’s converted back to A&B models… One high Vis 3 squadron, and the other Low vis… I have just returned back from Australia with a bag full of Aussie decals to do the job!.. I will definately book mark your pics for reference! Thanks for sharing…
I think we need an Australian R.A.A.F Group build???

Very nice build by the unknown builder.

Nice build…It would be great if you reviewed the kit and described your techniques too…
including what materials you used

Awesome looking Hornet! The GPS antenna is a nice touch they didn’t forget. I’ve seen quite a few F/A-18A+'s come thru here at Fallon. I guess those down under call them F/A-18A HUG’s for Hornet Upgrade but someone else will have to verify that. - Calvin
