1/48 Japanese Zero

I know this has probably been answered before, but why are there no aftermarket decals for a 1/48 Zero???

There are…

There are many sheets by just about all the major decals manufacturers.

Well, I did an ebay search for “1/48 zero” and all I could find were tons of kits, but no decals. I then tried searching for 1/48 a6m, and also came up with nothing but kits. I then tried searching Squadron, and once again came up with nothing but kits and aftermarket parts. No decals to be found…

It must have something to do with how I’m searching.[:^)]

Two minutes on “google” seach yielded these two (some say “zero” some say “Zeke”)

Thanks, fermis! I snatched up one of those sets on ebay! A6M5 is exactly what I needed.

Just an fyi. You might look under japanese aircraft markings too on ebay. There are lots of sheets out there with A6M’s, Kates, and Vals all in one sheet. I have seen some for the Pearl Harbor attack and I even saw one for A/C flown at Midway/Coral sea campaigns. Good luck.
