1/48 F-4 S

Am I getting more senile in my 6th decade, or was there a 1/48 scale F-4 S in production, coming soon, maybe soon? I think it was coming from Hasegawa. Any body recall reading anything about that?

Yeah Hasegawa issued (and I may be wrong about this) the F-4S in two different markings. A VF-161 Rock Rivers bird and one other squadron.I had to pay about $60 bucks for mine and the only place I could find it was on E-bay.Not sure if there is going to be a reissue soon…but price tells me they should at least consider it.Good Luck!

I’ve built the “S” a while back, in Hells Angels markings. As far as I know there are no immediate plans for a re-issue so chances are you’ll be looking at e-bay etc. for one of those kits.
