OK all of you ship builders; how would you make clear canopies for the jets?
I saw a completed model of the enterprise where the builder fabricated the clear canopies for the f14,18, a6 and ea6b.

It would be easy to make the canopies if you had an old toy Mattel Vac-U-Form machine and clear Vac-U-Form sheets. I’ve made many thin, semi-pliable, clear or different color parts from the machine. Guess which ones are the stock dome and which ones are the Vac-U-Form ones? See how thin and pliable they are.
