Water is just styrofoam + plaster. Painted with Humbrol and sealed with acrylic jel

Wow, that does look great. And I really like the water as well. So do you just paint the plaster then to look like water? You did a great job of blending the colors. How exactly do you do that? The white froth looks so good.
I also really like the weathering, its very realistic. Very well done.
