I have another query; is there any company out there that makes 1/350 crew members that would pass for WW1 German sailors in the East Asiatic Squadron in 1914? (eg; white uniforms, etc…) Also, are there any sets of figures out there suitable for a 1/350 Hood in the Meditterranean, c.1936?

Gold Medal Models makes a photoetched fret with 350th scale people. They are flat obviously and have to be built up with paint to get the 3D effect. I don’t see why they could’t be used for your purposes although some people like them and some not. I used a few of them on my QE 2 model to show scale.
