i just ordered the mid-production tiger w/interior. i’m looking for some tracks other then magic tracks i want the ones that look real. and if anyone has any idea’s how to spruce the interior more i’m open for anything. i’ve done this kit in the past and had issues with it improper fit of the upper plate and top plate doesn’t seem to wanna fit cause of the radio equiptment placement on top of the transmission. so i’m asking for help on this one.
Is this the academy kit you’re referring to ?? I was going to do one for a gb, but due to financial reasons, I can’t. So, I will do it later this year(the Academy kit), and will of course be following your build so I can cheat, er, “study” it [whstl]…lol. Now lets see some pics !!!

I finished this kit a couple of years ago. It was a good kit and fun to build. I was just a little confused when I asked around for interior colors because I got many different answers regarding the red primer, the grey parts and detail colors. But I think my built went well. I had to cut the locking tabs around the turret ring because it was hard to turn the turret hitting some of the parts on the top. But because of the detail inside the turret which made it heavy, it did not matter much that the locks were not there. The finished model is heavy!
well for Track’s tirerub1 i like and i have them for most of my kits friulmodel tracks but pricey but they work and look real. on the interior i found a"FEW" things that are off a “BIT” but not much. witch one did you get the early tiger or late tiger by academy?

earlier tiger 1,i’m looking to do this one diffrent from the others by adding boat load of stuff from tracks to barrel replacment and even the road wheels but i’ve ran into a snag on that unable to find any one who carries the roadwheels for this tiger,it’s the academy 1348 kit 1/35 scale, verlinden use to have a website, and i wanted to add zimmerit to this to.
early tiger 1 and i just orded the hi tech tracks from scalehobby i wanted to try something diffrent,i’m on a budjet rt now due to disability .so i bought some diffrent tracks, do the they roadwheels for the early tiger if so who?.
