I have been trying to locate any 1/35 scale planes to complement my armor and figures. can anyone point me in the right direction, thank you.
Only one I know of is the Obervation plane, the Storch.
Most aircraft would be in 1/32 scale. I’ve never really put the two scales side by side, but I suppose if you manipulate your point of view on the Diorama, like forced perspective, no one would really notice.
Of course 1/32 and 1/35 are not that far off,you may be able to use them if you are not that particular,but I have never seen 1/35 a/c except helicopters

Bronco did their Grasshopper Observation plane in 1/35, perfect for a diorama.
If you prowl the aution sites, you might just find some of the ARII 1/36 Cessna kits (although they look a tad shy of 1/36, maybe 1/38 or 1/39–need to measure mine in the stash.
I know there are a few WW2 aircraft in this scale. The best place to find out what there is in this scale is at the website Large Scale Planes. The site is dedicated to 1/24, 1/35 and 1/32 scale aircraft models.
Click on their LSP database link. It has a few filters that you can set the scale to 1/35 and the hit the submit button for the listing. You’ll get more accurate information from that list. I’d second the recommendation to look into 1/32 scale aircraft than to find 1/35 scale ones.
1:32 differs from 1:35 by nearly 10%. I find I notice scale differences at about 5%. However, 1:35 and 1:36 differ only 3%, so those would probably look okay together.
The benefit to mixing 1/32 aircraft to 1/35 scale armor is the difference in subjects. Most folks would have a hard time seeing the scale difference between two dissimilar objects. I couldn’t tell if a Sherman parked next to a Mustang in real life made one look too big or the other too small.
Now a 1/32 scale tank next to a 1/35 scale tank (or both aircraft) would be easier to see the difference.
The only exception might be a 1/32 scale modern helicopter next to a 1/35 scale HEMTT fueler. I’ve seen those together and could tell if a Cobra or Apache looked too big in scale.
