Thanks Brandon. Indeed they were a mess.
Thanks M1…
Thats a stunning piece of modelling, really well done.
I really like useing pigments mixed in water. Depending on your colour, this works great for dust and mud. If i want a fresh mud look, i use the same mix of celluclay that i use on the base.
But it is tricky getting a realistic look without obscuring a nice paint job. But given the slow speed of these, i imagine the lower portions and running gea4r would be caked in it and not so much higher up.
That Whippet is a beautiful build, I applaud your work. I’m looking to build that exact kit sometime soon.
Very Nice. I have this kit in my Russain Civil War stash of about 15 kits. I have the TAKOM one almost ready to prime. Since i may open the back hatch a but i have to put a quick floor in. Not sure if this one is gong to be Reds or Whites in the south or British, in the Rostov area in 1919.
Beautiful job, Joe. She’s a real gem! Love the balance of effects.
Thanks Bish. I tried that with the spare tracks and didn’t like the results. Maybe I had the wrong color. I will continue to experiment.
Thanks Joe…
Thanks Niko. You’ll love it
Thanks Wayne. I’m not familiar with that kit, but it sound like a fun project.
Thanks Mike
