Verlinden’s German WWII AFV & Vehicle Markings Template, part #1286, has 3 different types on the one stencil.
Archer Fine Transfers 35026b and 35026w are, respectively, a black and a white set. But you will have to hunt for them. Also, Warriors Scale Models MW021is a “Tigers in Tunisia” set, but I don’t think it has the palm/swastika.
