1/32nd Scale S-100 Schnellboot

Any ideas on where one of these can be found ??? 32nd Parallel is out of business and I have never seen, though heard rumors of an Azimut model of the S-100 Schnellboote.
thanks,

Mark

ADV/Azimut did an S-100 Class awhile back. They appear on Ebay once in awhile, but go for very big dollars (I took the last one up to $650 and let it go).

There was a French company that did an S-36 Class in 1/35, but I don’t think they’re around any longer.

Unless you can find one on Ebay, there’s not much out there. I would suggest going with 1/35th scale and scratchbuilding it…it’s not a difficult build, and you can use the 37mm and 20mm from standard armor kits with some minor conversion work.

Here is a 32" S-100 kit made by Robbe, not sure what scale it works out to.

I have this kit. I purchased it from Ships 'n Things about 2 years ago. There’s enough stuff with the model to make it “semi-scale” out of the box. It’s a smooth ABS hull. It includes guns, liferaft, etc, in plastic. 3 motors drive it, and Robbe includes info on how to push it using 1 or 2 speed controls.

All in all, typical Robbe kit.
