A work of art. I love it, especially in the blue format! That must have been a challenge!

Steve, I have a stable of Mustangs in 1/48 including breeds of Tamiya, Revell, and Accurate Miniatures. But Tamiya’s 1/32 has to be the Mustang of Mustangs. With your current offering you have joined the forum of excellent productions of it.
Thanks guys, it was a supurb kit, well worth the cost. Now if I can just get up the willingness to paint the figures (my weakest area of the hobby) and get it/them on a base.
I don’t know what it is, but I totally love blue nosed P-51’s. Superb work my man, fantastic.

Outstanding work, Modelcrazy Steve! I just bought this kit myself (along with the Tamiya F4U-1A Corsair in 1/32), and am looking forward to starting on it soon. I hope that I do half as good a job as you’ve done with yours!
Thanks DD,
It’s a great kit, loads of fun. Be mindful of the hardware though, they are easy to loose. Also I found that the magnets they want you to install are unnecessary if you are going to glue the panels down, they are meant for removable panels and operating doors.
Nice work Steve. You nailed that blue nose. Looks great.
Very nice Rick
Wow, I think I’ve been neglecting the aircraft forum, this one went this long under my radar??
Another great job from you Steve, awesome seeing her coming together.
Thanks all!
Gam, I’m working on painting the guys now…yuk [:S]. I should have the entire scene complete in a few days.
