1/32 scale engines

Does anybody know where,and if, I can find a BMW 801D,in 1/32?

I have a bunch of 1/32 kits from Revellogram, and Hasegawa ,that will also be needing detail work,or replacement, of their engines.Any help would be much appreciated.

Actually, I would think that the kit 1/32 engines would be a very good base to embellish with details, instead of just discarding.

If you are looking for information to detail the BMW 801D as used in the FW-190, as well as seriously getting other detailed info on this aircrafaft, I recommend you get a copy of the book Focke-Wulf Fw 190 (Osprey, Production Line to Frontline 5, by Malcom Lowe).

I have a copy I refer to for this modeling subject (I have three unbuilt FW-190 kits in my stash), and the section on the engines alone should have more then what you are looking for, not to mention the details regarding the installation of the guns in the engine cowling. [;)]
