Well, I just looked online to order and some of these and WOW! Take your pick! I didn’t know there were that many out there. So, who’s had expereince with what? Which is generally better? The PE variety or the decal variety?
Thanks.

In my opion, the decal varieties are much cheaper, but the PE ones are easier to fold and bend to look natural. If you’ve ever seen any of these up close, they never hang straight and neat. If I was to chose, go the PE. A little tougher to work with, but much nicer in the end.
I have always used the decal ones. I put them on thin aluminum foil. I paint the back of the foil to match the color of the red on the decal. I then use gloss or flat sealer to seal the decal to the foil. RBF flags are made in two types. Plastic or cloth. The plastic type are a semi gloss and the cloth are flat.
Once sealed they can be positioned in any way without cracking or falling apart. They can also be weathered to simulate grease, oil or just dirt.
