Thanks Drew. Thats a big complement comming from you my friend…Harv
Beautiful pit DB! I think it’s beyond my eyesight to attempt right now![(-D] Looks real good.
For my own schooling…I understand grease and oil smears in the pit…but shouldn’t there be some paint wear with metal showing? This is a serious question. Just wondering![tup]
David, thanks my friend. You are probably right. Maybe I should try that, if i remember(old age you know) Well see what happens concidering Im not quit done with it. Still have the IP and rear bulkhead w/seat…Harv
I haven’t been to the bench yet today in order to view my refs…Not 100% sure I have F4U pics…but have many others of other A/C showing wear marks from feet…belt marks etc…wear on the canopy sill from leaning in. That’s all I meant.
But your raw, detailed pit is a beautiful start![:D]
Looking Good

Thanks Mckay. When can we get to see more pics of the A10???..Harv
Harv,
Your Corsair pit is looking really great. If the rest of the plane comes out as well, it will be a fabulout project.

Is that the Verlinden set for the Revell Corsair or the Trumpeter Corsair?
It is for the Revell 1/32…Harv
The A-10 production line is at a stand still. We have five grandsons visiting us for a couple of weeks and we all know family comes first. Never fear thought it will be cranking up as soon as possible as I have really been enjoying the build.

Cool I have that exact same Verlinden set.
If thats the cockpit done I can’t wait for the rest of the build. Well done mate [:O]
