1/32 AMRAAMs Needed

Hello all,

Been a while but I’m back in the modelling biz once again, armed with a new Crescendo 175 and more models than my closet can hold…but that’s another story.

I’m looking for any of you who might be willing to part with some 1/32 scale AIM-120 AMRAAMs, as I’m converting a 1/35 HMMWV into the experimental (as of yet) USMC CLAWS/HUMRAAM vehicle for an armor group build…

Yeah I know, putting those things on a dirty 4 wheeled target may seem like heresy to the aircraft purists… but just wondering if anyone has any or knows of a place I might be able to grab some from. Worst case I scratchbuild them… but would like to save a little work if possible.

Interesting…I need the same thing only in 1/48. Flight path makes the missles we need but are pricey. I feel your pain.

I was building the F/A -18 Hornet in 1/32 scale but I put it aside for a while. I do not remember if I planned to use the AMRAAMs supplied with the kit on my bird or not, I’ll have to verify. But if was not going to use them, I might send them to you, if you’re interested.

Let me look through my kits and see if I have any 1/48 scale AMRAAMs available. If I do, I’ll let you know and I can send them out to you…don’t have many 1/48 kits but will dig through them and see for ya.

If Yann doesn’t have them, I have an F-18D kit in 1/32 that I am pretty sure has them in it. I will send them to you if you need them.

Oups! Sorry ewc2003, they are already assembled and painted so I guess I was planning to put them on.
