Does anyone know whether Trumpeter includes the parts nessesary to build the 1/24 scale Spitfire Mk. VB Floatplane as a land based aircraft? Does it include the landing gear and wheels?

First, refer to my earlier diatribe about this kit on the next page if you are planning to build it. And since I’m in the middle of one, I can assure you the landing gear bays are faired over and the only thing related to the gear in this kit is the lever quadrant in the cockpit, which should not be there on the floatplane. They removed everything unnecessary to save weight in order to compensate for the weight and drag of the floats. But, now that I think of it, it does have the gear bay walls, but only because they appear on a sprue with wing part or something else critical that would have been too expensive to change. But they make the same kit as a landplane, with the same mistakes in it, so why not build that one?
Oh, and in my ranting diatribe on this kit yesterday, I forgot to mention the decals. While they got the colors and sizes of the roundels dead on, the serial numbers and the stencils are incorrectly laid out, in the wrong fonts and just generally completely screwed up. Complaining about stencils is dancing very close to rivet counting, you find yourself saying? Has anyone noticed how large the stencils on a Spitfire are? Or a Hurricane for that matter. It’s as though the Brits thought all their mechanics were near blind. There aren’t many stencils on British WW II a/c, but those that are there are enormous compared to ours, so a wrong font and wrong wording DOES amount to a major flaw on a 1/24 scale, $120 kit.

I was interested in the land based kit but have an opportunity to purchase a floatplane at a much reduced price but wasn’t sure it would get what I wanted.
Thanks for your input it is much appreciated.
