Yes, it is a poor replicate of the 1:200 scale Sovremenny. I have one and it compares quite well side-by-side with the Trumpeter model kit. Yes, it has many inaccuracy and the manufacturer/seller call it “SMASHER Battleship”. You will find the same R/C ship being sold at twice the price from seller who calls it the “Sovremenny”. (Go figure.)
While the representation is poor, it is much more rugged for R/C and runs quite well in water for its $50+ price. And there is nothing to hold you back from improving it using the Trumpeter parts. Good luck.
