Looks great so far!!! man if I could afford one…[:p]
WOW x2, Very nice work on the camo pattern!! The edge shading is great.
my problem now is how i can put decal on with such dirty surface? especially all the dirty picked up on the track guard.
Nice job!
Fantastic job, Tomzag…the camo and weathering look excellent.
Regards, Dan
Thank you guys.
I would like to further weather it, but I do not like to cake it with all mud. modern tanks only look dusty, plus I do not want to cover the camo pattern.
any sugestions to further weather this thing?
In that scale you can easily paint it with masks. For numbers you can use Letraset dry transfers…
For more weathering I guess that look ok.
But if you want more you can spray more dust, add chipping and more scratches to the sides…
And an idea. You can buy some photoetched leafs and spead all over the tank !!!
mmaker,
when chipping, what color show underneath?
where can you get the photetched leafs and dry transfer?
thank,sto
For chipping on Leo,I really dont know whats the primer.
You can chip the basic undercolor, or use a dark brown to black.
Careful because of the material of the real armor.
For the leafs you can try any 1/35 from Verlinden,Eduard etc
