Outstanding craftsmanship. I have a couple WW2 ships on the go. Nothing as complicated as your build. I do find ships a bit more challenging than my usual armour subjects as the sequencing of painting and assembly is far more involved.

Total respect for your dedication and abilities - If someone was holding a gun to my head and told me to do those 2000 knots and they’d better be tight and level - I’d say: Just pull the trigger now, save us both, the pain and aggravation. Don’t know how you do it but the results are stunning.
Also wanted to thank you for what is basically a masterclass in rigging. You’ve modeled so many of the details into how it was done and taken such excellent pictures, that I now have zero excuses for my corner cutting ways! I won’t say I will aspire to implement them all - cause I couldn’t even if I wanted to but my rigging should improve a tad. I’ll definitely be bookmarking this thread.
